With more than 20 years as a Reiki Master & Teacher and 10+ years of teaching experience, these Reiki trainings are offered as grounded, heart-led transmissions. Each level is held with care, clarity, and respect for the depth of the Reiki path.
Trainings are intentionally kept to relatively small groups to allow for attunement, embodiment, questions, and integration.
Teaching Approach
Reiki is taught in a way that honours the traditional Mikao Usui lineage while allowing space for intuition, embodiment, and lived experience.
The emphasis is on presence, ethics, and integration, rather than rushing or over-intellectualising the practice.
This is Reiki as a living, grounded, and devotional path.
Time Investment & Integration
To honor the lineage and ensure you feel fully grounded in your practice, each course includes a period of independent study and self-healing. This allows the energy of the attunements to fully integrate into your daily life.
For each level, you will dedicate approximately 50 hours of your own time to complete:
21 Days of Self-Healing: A sacred daily practice to anchor the new energy frequencies within yourself.
Practical Case Studies: Hands-on experience to build your confidence and refine your unique healing presence.
Reiki Practice & Personal Development: Dedicated time for reflection, reading, and embodying the teachings.
