About Abbey
Reiki Practitioner Abbey Lakshmi Astara has been devoted to spiritual practice and healing for over two decades.
Her journey began with extended time in India. There, she completed yoga trainings and accomplished all levels of Reiki. This formed a strong spiritual foundation for her work.
Over the years, Abbey has expanded her practice through a wide range of holistic and spiritual arts.
